What’s better than getting a great deal? Well, helping out a worthy cause, of course! BiddingForGood.com is an online auction site that sells unique items, including travel, one-of-a-kind experiences, family entertainment, tickets, dining and more. The cool thing about the site is that all the proceeds support non-profits (like Bogotown!) and schools, so you can feel extra good about your deal-savvy purchase.
This site contains the normal items, including accessories, clothing and electronics but has a quirky side, as well. Searching for a David Letterman VIP package? They’ve got it! What about a meet and greet with the Boston Red Sox? They’ve got that too! The last site that we suggest you bookmark is SkyAuction.com, which is geared more toward travel and dining. Of course they have the usual airfare and hotel rate searches, but they also offer luxury and unique travel packages at a discount. Our favorite part is the dining and entertainment certificate search. Before you head out on that summer vacation, check to see which certificates you can purchase for your destination ahead of time. Isn’t the goal to have the best summer vacation while paying the least amount possible?
